Spring Color

As the weather begins to look more like winter than fall, and the final leaves drop from the trees, I find myself longing for color. While bouquets of flowers inside fill the void, I also find myself dreaming of the brilliant colors that will appear in the early spring.  I am reminded that now is the time to plant my  bulbs so that as winter begins to melt into spring, I will be greeted once again by the brilliant colors that inspire me.

I really enjoy planning a dinner party, but cooking is not something that I get much satisfaction from. Setting the table however, is one of my favorite aspects. I could spend hours trying out various combinations of glassware and dishes and deciding which linens make the biggest impact. With Thanksgiving only a few weeks away my thoughts are once again filled with ideas for setting the table.
